DESCRIPTION:The 6-week BUILD course allows new and motivated climbers to develop their skills and strength in a safe and guided environment. Climbers will gain knowledge\, tools and confidence to explore our sport further. Examples of some of the topics we cover: gym etiquette\, climbing lingo\, technique\, injury prevention strategies\, and more!\nBUILD is designed for those working on climbs in the range of V1-V4\nLed by Hogtown Boulders certified coach\, Jacquie Des Rosiers\nOne 2-hour session each week for 6 weeks.
